| Howdy Ho!
Yah Im new here.
Been fencing for years on and off, some olympic early in the career, some historical stuff. Got back into epee this spring. Still U, but only been to 2 tournaments so far. Somehow ended up VP of the illinois fencers club.

| Just the style. I dunno. Its how Ive always referred to it to differentiate it from other styles of fencing. Maybe "modern" is better?

| Why not just "fencing"?  (Or perhaps "sports fencing" would be better, as opposed to "theatrical fencing"... *rambles*)

| .... but it is epee isnt it. I mean foil is good for training and arguements and sabre is good for phsycopaths (that how you spell it?) and arguements BUT fencing is actually epee. May be a bit of a tangent this - ignor me! | |
