| Yeah, this is a tad late, but I beleive somewhere the issue of America being more violent than Britain came up.
I'd just like to point out that the population of the UK is 60,441,457.
The population of the US is 295,734,134
So, naturally, we have more violent people. We have more people, therefore we will have more violent people. I think it would be interesting to compare (as I have never seen a comparison like this) the ratio of violent to non-violent people in each country, rather than comparing two countries which aren't even close to being the same size. |
