Question to New York City fencers regarding new club:

Where do you think would be the prime location to start a new club in NY?

Queens seems to be a likely candidate right now, but the subquestion would be: eastern Queens to attract Long Island customers or western Queens to stay close to the FC/AC and Manhattan in general?

Non-Queens locations are also still being considered, of course. What do you fellows think?

Dunno, I heard that square footage in the ESB is leasing for dirt cheap prices nowadays.

I rather suspect that the phrase "dirt cheap" is very relative in such a situation.
