| Dignified Death. This forum seems to have slowly imploded on itself lately due to many factors. I propose we let sleeping dogs lie, and let it die a quiet and dignified death.
We have battled many things as a group - both internally among ourselves, and externally against others. Alot of why this group worked was our great dynamic. That seems to have disappeared lately as real life got in the way of many of us.
Maybe oneday we can make peace with our demons and start again....this was a truely wonderful thing, and I myself will miss it. So goodbye old friend, and thanks for the memories.

| I'm with you sweetie.
I haven't posted in a long time here, mainly because there have been specific instructions posted that if you are not interested in pushing towards the literary goal of some, not to disrupt the threads. My character has always been comedic, and seldom serious. It was about fun for me, and for my character to pop in and interact with the mains would have been seen as disruptive by some.
Therefore I stopped posting.

| Mature enough to begin again? I would like to think that we are mature enough to begin again. Maybe a long and restful sleep is what we need. I myself have seen things in a different light recently. Ive learned to appreciate the new writers. I know that ive been a part of the problem and im willing to address this issue with the others.
Ive been accused of many things while partisipating as a writer in this forum but i can never rightfully be accused of having no love or passion for what we have done with our fantasyland. More than likely the good times Ive experienced here will never be the same again. I made some people mad at me last year. I am truly sorry for this. I lost a close family member this year and the time and the desire to write has not been available to me. Now i feel like ive lost another family member(fantasyland).
There was a time i couldnt wait to get home to write in this forum. I would think of plot lines at work...write them down in coffee shops. The real exciting part came when id disscuss it with friends. Some thought of it as really interesting ,others thought me a bit strange. If we are truly done then let me say this: Im thankful for everyone who contributed to our world here...those that worked so hard with me and those who were here when i was not. I still cant believe we lasted as long as we did.
A ray of hope:
If you feel we can begin again then i will pledge to be an active, considerate
and understanding part of a team. This i will do in honor of my lost family member.
Good day

| To all: Fantasy Land, and Arconia specifically, are not dead. They are dormant for the time being, due to the amount that everyone has going on in their lives. But it is not finished.
