| LP non-FIE epee blades are the lightest around that I know off. The balance of a weapon often has more to do with finding the right grip/guard ect than the actual blade itself. An LP with a carbon fiber French or Polymer Belgian pistol grip and an ultra light guard is the lightest weapon combo I know of, but I am not a fan of the balance. I tend to like the balance near my hand for fast tip movement so I use either Vniti titanium or ACG Gold bell guards and Zivkovic B or BIII grips.
