Lightest epees?

I'm heavily considering ordering some leon paul epees, with superlight everything, and I was wondering which epee blade is the lightest that they offer? I currently use some old BF non maraging epees and the balance isn't great.

I was also wondering about LP carbon fibre french grips. Can anyone who uses a traditional french grip tell me how the switch went?

LP non-FIE epee blades are the lightest around that I know off. The balance of a weapon often has more to do with finding the right grip/guard ect than the actual blade itself. An LP with a carbon fiber French or Polymer Belgian pistol grip and an ultra light guard is the lightest weapon combo I know of, but I am not a fan of the balance. I tend to like the balance near my hand for fast tip movement so I use either Vniti titanium or ACG Gold bell guards and Zivkovic B or BIII grips.

my friends got a leon paul FIE epee and its by far the most flicky of the epee blades. Im currently using a Preur FIE blade and the stamp date is 6/04. Its very very light and pretty flexible. (and not too expensive)
