What does everyone pay in dues? (monthly, quarterly, yearly, per semester in school, etc)
I've been fencing at a club for awhile (not my first one) and I find the yearly dues to be quite prohibitive for such a small, near dysfunctional club. I really want to make a case for change but I've got to be sure it's not just me that thinks the place to be awfully expensive for so little.
PLEASE give me a little feedback here. -

Array Fencing at UMass, 100 dollars a semester. Worth it. "Their interpretation is, however, refuted most elegantly by your system of radioactive atom + amplifier + charge of gun powder + cat in a box"

Array Fencing at St. Mary's: Free, so far. If you join USFA the school funds a percentage of the dues. Hateful to me as the gates of Hades is that man who hides one thing in his heart and speaks another. ~Homer

Array $50 Canadian per semester. This includes use of kit, lessons (inc. private) and 2 (or 3... it may go up) practices a week. Don’t use big words when diminutive phraseology will suffice -

Array I think it's about $90.00 a year. -
For all my training I pay a total of $130 a month (1 lesson per week, dues at two clubs for three nights of fencing, and a gym membership). The good thing is my gym membership should go down in about 10 months or so, and I'll save $25 a month. -
Unconfirmed
Array I'm renegotiating my pay schedule with my coach now. We both agree that he needs to pay me more for the honor of giving me a lesson. (I sometimes collect fees from observers as well.) -
I'm the beginner coach for a college club. We have undergrads pay $30/semester, but if they join USFA, it's $25. Everyone else (community members, grad students, etc) pays $50/semester. That includes 4 2 hour sessions per week and individual lessons as the other coach has time, which averages once every other week. They pay nothing extra for the lessons. We generally have 2 drill intensive practices and 2 bouting focused practices, so there's something for everyone. -

Array $65/month + lesson fees ($25/lesson).
Former 2 clubs no membership fee as I was a coach.
Club before that $200/year.
Club before that $175/year (UMass).
Club before that free as I was a student at the school that hosted the club.
