Anybody have any idea what hour this will be run daily?

I'd like to get it done the day before my event, but I don't know how late they will be doing this the day before

They'll be running it from 6-9 pm the evening before the _first_ day of competition. On subsequent days, it's going to depend on how late the competition finishes and how much repair work needs to be done on the strips. If you get there before 5:30-6 pm, there'll almost certainly be someone there, and on many nights you can get your stuff checked after 7 pm.
