Just wondering why the USFA does not post on their website the days of events earlier. The FIE has had the Louisville Junior World Cup events posted for over a month.

I cannot understand why the USFA is not responsive to the needs and gripes of its members, this being just one. If you e-mail them, if they reply (they don't always), they tell you that they will answer your query in the future. This turns often to be a very long wait (I'm still waiting for answers promised in February and August of this year). If you call them, provided you get through and speak to a human (versus a machine), the experience is equally painful. 
A great improvement in the communication would be if an officially designated USFA spokesperson would reply on this board once a week to the most pressing issues of the week. Any other suggestions out there?

If they were more efficient at posting things they might not have to answer the phone as much. I know several people called because one of the days at Louisville was scheduled the sametime as SATs.

I've never really had a problem. Most of my contact issues were based on membership cards and ratings. I got a quick response and had my card that same week. "Since when does being a patriot in America mean shutting your mouth?"
