I was chatting with her simultaneously while posting on this thread, starting earlier while I was in class, and continuing to sitting CQ as I am now. She uses instant messenger from the architecture firm where she works, approximately half an hour from her home.

He has attacked her before as she left the building, on times when she worked late.

She is working late tonight. He is waiting outside for her; thankfully, the building is locked. Other people have come back to work late as well, thankfully. And finally, her husband called her, noted that she didn't sound right on the phone, and said that he would come and pick her up from work.

A person who is raped is often ashamed and very confused. One of the most important things to them is confidentiality. The police can't arbitrarily file charges for victims that don't want to report an incident. This is starting to sound plain silly. So ask her why she has not taken out a restraining order on her stalker/attacker? Easily done, no need for her to actually mention rape to the police; most any threatening behaviour on the attackers part could be used.

The first thing a rape center will tell every victim is to call police; that is always top on the list of responses to a rape. If she has been told to go to counselling, always step two, it's because she has already stated her wishes to NOT file a police report. I find it suspicious that she would allow you to publicly post issues regarding her situation on a forum. Either you're saying that to CYA, or she's pulling your leg. Anyway, this is all moot, the thread needs to be deleted.

This, coming from a "stellar" person who takes information from other (not quite credible) sources to twist & exploit it for his own use (also on his WEBSITE) without permission, with the sole intent to damage a person's reputation. Among other, more tacky, rude things.

While many of you would like to think that I do things with the forethought of a chimp, I consulted a lawyer before I created my site and he agrees that it's clearly satire for which I cannot be held liable. But, I guess you're talking about Moreau. E-mail him and see what he has to says about it. Maybe he'll want to kill me, but I doubt it.
