Fencingsucks? What's up with the discussion forum at fencingsucks.com? I checked it out just now, and it was bizarre. Sounds like there's some angry fencers out there. Or maybe I'm just not getting the joke?

yeah, they're weird. mostly 13 year old kids spouting off pretending to be someone else.
i occasoinally stop in there and do a search for my name and my friends' names as at least one has come up there before in the past.

FencingSucks is a site populated by moronic, hormonal teenagers who have nothing better to do than spread horrible gossip about perfectly good people.

There have been intelligent threds with stupid answers, etc. Some people are like slinkys. They serve no useful purpose, but it sure feels good when you push them down the stairs.

The irony is in the book section they have the intro set as "Don't want to suck? Here are some handy books that can improve your game. That, and they're full of pretty pictures"
So maybe they are saying they suck? I wish they'd have gotten a better web address.
If you would read the legal disclaimer it is all a parody on fencing. They actually love fencing. Where is everyone getting these ideas about teenage boys? Read into the site before judging it by its name. Inigo Montoya: I admit it, you are better than I am.

The original design is good.
The humor section and the books and things are very nice,
But that doesn't discern the fact that it has been taking over by people who just want to badmouth other people. Mainly for no good reason.
Do you think anyone reads fencingsucks for results? Or information on where to fence? Or who has the best club?
No. It's simply a forum for gossip. Fencing Gossip. The bad part of fencing.
