I think our legal blood alcohol level is lower here (0.05) so that might make it less financially viable.

| I must say, you have given me another extremely good reason to never drive through Texas.

| Yes, it's not a good thing, and if I had her money, Iwould have hired a man to drive me around.
New Orleans has drinking rules. They allow people to wander around with 'go cups' that is, paper cups with what ever drink they were drinking. Especially popular during Mardi Gras, the "GO CUP" for revelers.
It can be gross though and I have to confess, that I absolutely never went into the French Quarter for Mardi Gras. Only St Charles and Napolean, or Metairie, and one other area, by city park, but I digress!!!!
Come, would you like to try my Casket of Amantalado? |

| Alcohol in Supermarkets - CHeck again, some places are called "dry" meaning you can't even buy alcohol in some counties in the US. Most places don't allow people to drink alchol in public places other than restaurants that are licensed to serve.
BUT here's a thought....... Let's not let them sell alcohol in Supermarkets. |

| One suspects that it is laced with some sort of hallucinogen. Possibly magic mushrooms. Best not to look too closely.
