| If I could write poetry, I'd post it, but I can't. Although, I do write letters, but that's not poetry.

| Ok, here's something that has been nagging at the edge of my thoughts. It is not meant to be a rhyme, please don't critique me on it as I already know that I can't write poetry. (note my previous post)
Even over many a mile the love is not yet lost,
but their hearts weep and weep and weep,
and shall not stop lest they mayn't be together again.
With that fear, they must hold hope near
so they are not overwhelmed to despair.
Yearning for the other's love,
they both can't stop wishing to be near the other.
A ghostly memory haunts them both,
not willing to allow their spirits to soar,
showing them that dreaded day of goodbyes.
They sigh and enter melancholy states,
each in turn dealing with the loss in their own ways.
Both hope, wish and pray for only one thing,
and in their eyes that one thing is worth all the world.
Yet even with the despondency preying on their minds,
they will not stop loving each other.
People can scoff and tell them it can't work,
but neither will listen to their inane words.
That one hope, the one belief that keeps them living,
is far too strong to be thought all for naught.
Pure and true their passion burns,
keeping them warm through the coldest of times,
never letting them be touched by the darkening clouds.
Nothing will stop them, nothing can stop them.
The love burns too powerful and deep.
That embrace was not their last,
the tears will be replaced with a kiss,
all of their thoughts surround that one moment:
their blesséd reunion that never ends.

| That's really beautiful.
Two things:
1. The accent on the e is going the wrong way.
2. I know it wasn't supposed to rhyme, but it has really good rhythm, and you could make it rhyme with some small adjustments. If you want to. |

| I don't know how to get the other accent... so I am being resourceful! hehe
And I'm not at all good at making things rhyme... it's a curse.

| lets go through a rhyming poem:
O this is a poem that rhymes
And i've told you a million times
that the pasta can't be made with limes
and you get confused with your crimes
A bug by the name of Joe
A lot of stuff he didn't know
and to Peru he did go
on a ship very slow
I know, i'm amazing...
