| The Hood and the King Who do you think would win in a battle? Robin Hood or King Arthur- Guenevere or Maid Marian- and Little John or Lancelot. I got the idea the romantic at heart thread. I personally would have to go for the Hood, simply b/c he's my childhood hero. Without that book, I would literally be a completely different person.

Lancelot since hes the finest fighter in the kingdom. Why do they call him little john?

| Oh, come on. all those big castles, long swords.. You know they're compensating for something. Anyway, Hood's got that Long Bow. Pick Arthur off from afar.

| Rodin Hood. Arthur was an ineffectual fighter with a pet wizard and a big sword (compensating for something?). Robin learned his stuff on the mean streets and that final move in his duel with Gisborne was pure poetry.

I like the Hood (I loved a lot of the movies they made about him... Kevin Costner = *swoon*), and I think he could be a formidable enemy, but I'll have to say Arthur. Sorry.
