It just goes to prove what a small world it is - I fenced at the University of Sussex and the Brighton/Hove Fencing Club too! (ages ago, though) Currently I fence for that infamous club "Unattached", though I practice at various places around SoCal. (now if only I could get my med school to sponsor me... ) -

Cancelled out by ending with a preposition unnecessarily. -

Array I fence for the one with the highest paycheck. I wish... - Epee is the Louis Vuitton bag of fencing: only the best can get it, and the rest of the masses must content themselves with cheap knockoffs (sabre, foil)

Array I used to fence for my old club (which I still feel a lot of fondness for and loyaty to) however my current club is insisting that I fence for them. They'll subisdise my travelling expenses to some of the bigger opens so it makes sense. The guys at my old club (RCP) know that I still promote them as much as I can. -

Sigh - Since you asked for it - undoubtEDly -
I knew it. Every time.
And the worst part is that had I NOT acknowledged the fact that I was going to be corrected, I would not have been corrected. -

Array I fence at Hutt Valley Fencing Club, i also coach there 2x a week. "The pen may be mightier than the sword - except for in a duel."
"I had to get up in the morning at 10 o'clock at night 1/2 an hour before i had to go to bed, drink a cup of sulfuric acid, work 29 hours a day down down mill unpaid and have to pay for permission to come to work and when we came home our dad and our mum would kill us and dance around on our grave singing hallelujah!" -

Array I fence for (location - wise) Thames River Fencing Club and for my school, Norwich Free Academy. Philosophically, however, I fence for myself, I enjoy it and, as my friends would tell you, they would never let me quit sense I enjoy it so much. Similar Threads -
