Of course there is. Haven't you ever heard of the Sweetheart tree?

"They say there's a tree in the forest,
A tree that will give you a sign,
Come along with me,
To the sweetheart tree,
Etc., etc., etc., ad nauseum."

Complete lyrics:

"The Sweetheart Tree"

Music by Henry Mancini, Lyrics by Johnny Mercer

They say there's a tree in the forest,
A tree that will give you a sign;
Come along with me to the Sweetheart Tree,
Come and carve your name next to mine.

They say if you kiss the right sweetheart,
The one you've been waiting for,
Big blossoms of white will burst into sight
And your love will be true evermore.

That's a fantastic line. Unfortunately, I'm not sure most everyone understood what you meant. ;( Did you pick it up somewhere?

riptide will become famous soon enough
It's very simple. I didn't start fencing because of a movie I saw or a book I read or some desire to relive the 17th century. I started because some stupida$$ kid messed with a girl I know. He happened to fence, so I signed up as well. I continue to fence beause when I don't, it hurts. I'm all for defending the oppressed and being polite to women, but when I fence it's all about beating the other guy with no superfluous movement. I do what I have to and nothing more. For me, the satisfaction comes from professionalism, not romantism.
