Are www.usfa.org and www.usfencing.org broken?

Google's description includes "World Wide Web area is operated as a service to the United States Fencing Association and may be discontinued at any time. " Does anyone know if the hosting company discontinued the service? (My company runs hosting, and I could see about getting space, if needed)

The USFA is having server issues. :

"The USFA website is currently down. We apologize for the inconvenience. The server crashed and the site needs to be rebuilt, so it is likely that it will be down until late next week."
