| Lyric/Poetic Game Come one come all! This is how it works:
Someone (me) starts with a four (4) line verse for a song/poem, then underneath, writes four words that the next person then has to use.
For example: Quote: |
Originally Posted by Example: The fool is angry
His breath is taken
Led astray
His heart breaking
Elephant
Jungle
Wisdom
Watch | Then the next person would have to use the four words. (Elephant, Jungle, Wisdom, Watch, or whatever the person above you writes down). It's really fun! I've done it at a different forum, and it's well recieved, but I don't know if it'll work on this forum... Give it a shot! have fun! and remember, don't worry too much about the rhythm or anything. As long as it rhymes. have fun!
Looking out my window
I see the people come out
They all sit motionless
without a trace of doubt
Have
Wild
Name
Kill

| Another point I forgot to mention: you don't just have to use each word for one line... for example
I might be broken, But I know you're wrong
I've got one hand in my pocket, one hand making a high five
To show you happiness, I'll string you along
Make you feel alive
Saliva
Monkey
Locust

| They booted him out on the street,
where he began a crawl to his Master's feet,
he had naught to fathom the intensity of this man's dispise,
for there was enough to bring about his demise.

| For he was ill with that which has no cure,
Though it may be fought 'till man's last breath,
The open wounds it leaves are mortal for
He that liveth has no joy, exept in death.

Make you feel alive | Isn't that Alanis Morrisette? Or are you allowed to find a line of poetry/lyrics with the words and just use it? *confused*
Anyway...
