Fencing shoes for big and little feet...

This is probably more of a thing for the Armory but I wanted to give lots of folks a chance to see it...

I finally blew out the lunge foot on my old Adistars and was looking around for some good deals. A UK company called Duelist http://www.duellist.com/UK/fencing.cgi?product=Footwear has some very good deals on Adidas Dartagan and Riposte II shoes in men’s sizes 3, 4, 12, 13 and 14. Remember that a Brit size is about 1 size smaller than a US size. For example if you wear a 12 US order an 11 Brit. They are around $30 and shipping was about $10 so they are a pretty good deal. These sell for about $100 in most US stores so you may want to stock up if they will fit!

I guess I will continue to covet the spiffy Adidas silver bullet and Asyms until I win the lotto or a rich relative kicks the bucket!

Actually, the size conversion works the other way. 13 GB would be 14 USA, those are only for much larger feet.
