Array This makes me soooooo unhappy........ Not http://sports.yahoo.com/mlb/recap;_y...?gid=240831110
If I wasn't totally burned out on polls, I'd do one to see how many Yankees fans we have, versus Yankees haters.
I by the way am a Red Sox fan, so you know how I feel....

Who is your favorite player?

Array don't worry about it we all have our off days (and our good), i guess they just all decided to have it on the same day. the yanks will come back and dominate again (especially boston) and that goes with out a questioning. Fencing will always be a "for love of the game" sport.

Array I'd have to disagree telk, Nomar wasn't coming back one way or another. And if you look at the numbers, they are a far better team without Nomar now than they were with him. Is this because of the trade? Who knows, but I wouldn't change anything about it. (What is really bothering me with the Sox is Dale Swayne, the third base coach, he's horrible, but I'll leave that for another discussion) I'm excited though, 3.5 is nothing considering how large of a lead the Yanks held before. Especially when you look at the Yanks starters versus the Sox starters; there is no legitimate comparison. Can't wait for the Sept 17th series, should be a blast. -
I'm a "red sox fan", as in I watch a few games of the world series and root for whoever either beat or has the opportunity to beat the Yankees.
I hate the yankees. I don't understand how someone could be a yankees fan. They won like 5 of the last ten world series. Doesn't it get boring? It's like being a fan of both the republicans and the democrats. I mean, you win alot, but......it's kinda repetitive IMESHO -

Array The best part of being a Yankees fan is watching the Boston fans try and calculate the small chance they have of winning, or catching up to the yankees. Don't waste your time- we always have the best chance in the league. BUT i'll give you that sometimes we don't take the pennant- we have to give the rest of the league something to strive for -right. Fencing will always be a "for love of the game" sport.

As an Angels fan, I must point out that there's a team in Anaheim that regularly cleans the Yankees' clocks.
