    that is pretty funny because its not me. but on the srious side that sucks and i hope he's alright.
    Fencing will always be a "for love of the game" sport.

    hillarious, imho. you just plain don't DO that to a katana. shows a) utter disrespect for the weapon and b) the poor craftsmanship of these knockoffs

    I've seen those two yokels on tv hawking the crappiest offshore merchandise available. One offer included something like 25 folding and one piece knives for $39.95. You know the fugly ones with the rainbow hued plywood grips...

    This reminds me of the urban legend about the two guys out in the desert shooting at saguaro cacti--and then at the end of the day, a monster saguaro that's been hit dozens of times succumbs to its wounds, topples over, and crushes one (or both) of them to death.
