| "unsportsmanlike" conduct in other sports (examples) http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmp...1808241914&e=1
They really only needed to shake hands and mumble, "Good job."
The beach volleyball community is probably discussing this sort of inappropriate display of emotion over on their own message board right now. |

| Damn, I wouldn't mind being the recipient of "unsportsmanlike" conduct like that!
(From one or both of the individuals pictured, not from any of my typical sabre opponents...)
MR
(Sorry, I couldn't help myself...)

| The Italian men's foil team was doing that. But it wasn't nearly as interesting. (Although i have friends who would no doubt disagree....)

| Excellent examples, Noodster! I'd say those people are going WAAAAAY over the top. A simple expression of "I feel satisfied with my performance" should suffice. |

| the noodle certainly wasnt trying to convince any judges teh judges set off a light when they judge the lift complete then the lifter can drop the weight. Once the weight is dropped there is no decision to be made. |

| Yet another argument for nude fencing. This sort of display wouldn't be nearly as effective in whites and masks.

| Obviously, he's just checking his knuckles to see if any more of them need bandaging.
Making sure his deodorant is still working. |
