Array Now THAT would have been something to see, Doug! Wow! I'm sorry I missed that one (that darn wedding!) "Words are, of course, the most powerful drug used by mankind."

Array Wish I coulda been there to meet you, Dame. Maybe next time. Are you an epeeist? I don't recall. -

Array Well Doug, I am quickly becoming an epeeist.
My coach has been after me for sometime to take it up and since I always do what my coach tells me (yeah right) I am making an attempt. Actually he was right (as usual). I am having much more success with it. But I'll never give up my foils. Oh course that saber on Saturday was pretty cool too.
Sorry I missed meeting you too...I hope everyone will come down here to Notre Dame for some of our tournies. That would be a blast! CAUTION: The heart is a fragile thing. Handle with care. -
Doug!
Did you come to the games? If you were
there and didn't stop by the tent to say
'Hello', then you are in BIG trouble!
Even after I won the caber event....
This was the first year that I competed
in the Highland Games and nobody stopped
by to visit.

Array I would have LOVED to see you, Frank, but I had to perform "bridesmaidly duties" that weekend. But hey, I got to see a couple of your GREAT sabre touches this past Saturday.
You know it's good when Jim Vesper compliments ya'! "Words are, of course, the most powerful drug used by mankind."

Array Frank, you seemed pretty busy when Susan and I were there, so we didn't interrupt you. We went to get a lemonade, and when we made it back I couldn't find you anywhere near the tent. We were cheering for you, though! I think your wife and kids might have seen us, but might not have remembered who we were.
On a seperate note, I also bought a Scottish small sword and basket hilted broadsword from one of the merchants, and I still play with them for about half an hour when I get home from work! Similar Threads -
