Like I said, not the french. Just the politicians that any given frenchman who reads this doesn't like. If a frenchmen who reads this doesn't like the Emperor over there, then that is who I slandered. If they do like the evil French Emperor- (Pierre le Great) then I was not referring to him, but simply his barber. That's how politics work!
