- License Plate Frames (I can custom design one for you too)

I'll be adding another clock design by next week.

Array Got any cuckoo clocks that instead of a bird have a little strip with two fencers on it pop out? I wouldn't mind having one of those. -

Array You know I dont even used my business name on this site. I thought it was to interacted among fencers. Not to raise business for one self. you what business do like I did for the past 4 years paid the USFA outrages sum to set up a booth and travel to every NAC. Oh in my case plus the cost of power as well. I give freely advice over this forum to help fencers.

Array Fencing is such a small community... I see no harm in small businesses trying to make contact with it's potential client base - provided the board doesn't become totally inundated. -

Tim, meaning no disrespect, but I think if you're getting rooked by the USFA, you shouldn't go to the NACs. If you're not leaving with more money than you had when you got there, you probably shouldn't go. Unless you have some of your family competing, and then maybe breaking even is better than paying for the travel and food and whatever.
You owe the USFA and the rest of the fencing community nothing. You're not obligated to operate at a loss.
That said, I have no problems if you were to advertise yourself on this chat board. Sam has already advertised for his homfencing (or whatever it's called) equipment supply company. Telling people here about fencing license plates isn't so crude as to be unacceptable. Certainly, it's acceptable to the webmaster, who has the ultimate editorial license on this board.
Feel free to "announce" your business on this board. Heck, if you don't, I will: ANNOUNCING Tim Loomis and the Ye Olde Armourer repair shop. They fix your stuff quick, and done right, and cheap. Personal testimony: my lame got ripped during a bout. Sent it in and it was patched by my next bout (ok, I bought another lame anyway). $5 for the job. Ain't that great? -

Array Sorry, no cuckoo clocks.
As Eric noted, I took my lead from other announcements by fencers who posted about their own stores.
Though I do not post very often on this board, I have tried where I could to provide advice and to participate in a constructive manner.
A long time ago I mentioned my store on this board and received some great feedback which I implemented, including some from the board moderator. I thougth that perhaps the same people who responded then might be interested in these new items.
My apologies to any members who feel this post is out of line. I wish everyone the best in any endeavors they may have whether it be related to fencing or not. -

Array Personally I think the license plates are brill and am wondering if I could drop enough hints to my parents for my car to be sporting them when I get home...... Theses are evil....VERY evil, someone rescue me pls! -

Array "Brill"? Oh, please do elucidate. “General Feraud has made occasional attempts to kill me. That does not give him the right to claim my acquaintance.” -

Array Thank you Zelda
And, correct me if I'm wrong Zelda, but I believe "Bril" is short for "Brilliant" which is the British equivalent of...hmm... "cool" or "sweet" depending on what kind of American slang term you prefer to use. -

Array Hmm... I think "bloody brilliant" works just fine. Or oh, hey, how about "wicked" (why did they keep making Ron Weasley say that in the Harry Potter movie? If you ask me it totally dates the movie... <img src="graemlins/blah.gif" border="0" alt="[Blah]" /> ) -
