So I can't fully decide if I like the new shawls that are in. They look good in some cases but bad in others, so I'm kinda in the middle on that one.

So I'm excited for the new Phantom of the Opera they're making (movie theater wise). Should be a good cast from what I've heard. Anyone else heard about it?

Crap shack is simply an anti-euphamism for outhouse.

And school starts for us Durham Public Schoolers in two days (freshman pride)

edit: Oh and on a related note, has anyone ever had popcorn with hot sauce on it before. That's some damn good eatin'.

I like the Yahoo bubble gum games, very fun and there's no politics involved. You don't even have to think too much, except some of them are sort of anit religion, which isn't so good either. I don't know how to say this, but almost every human being, including the olympic idols that are idolized and filmed etc, and video etc, all have some kind of belief system, it's part of the way humans are made, or put together, it's all in the primitive brain, then along with that is the creative impulse, which is expressed in art, fencing, science, sports, video games, pet peeves, plants, rasing kids, teaching kids, anything like that, most creative impulse is related to the persons association with a belief in something, some kind of religion, creative impulse etc, even Carl Sagan had strong beliefs in God for example, almost all of NASA wants it. More later, it's been nice talking with you, the Jacobson girls look great in the video, but more than that, their fencing style looks fabulouse, I hope they win, it's interesting how different the two sisters appear, one being more outgoing, talkative and a bit heavier but has more there, with the thinner girl being more reclusive....is there a colloration between glycogen storage, and the creative impluse? Bah on politics as well.

Collateral has a nice soundtrack and great camera work, and Tom Cruise's and Jamie Foxx's jaw muscles get a good workout, but otherwise it was an excuse for popcorn.

I laughed and laughed as did the three other people in the theater. (grand total five)
I plan to buy that movie when it comes out. Who knew??

I am thoroughly convinced that the Half life mod Day of Defeat is more addictive than cocaine. I just spent ten hours playing that game, and I'm only stopping now (3:30 am) because I have to get up in three hours. (Some of us here actually do play video games, and I bet half are also IT people of some sort)

I was surprised at all the hype and publicity for Jada Pinkett Smith's role, and then to find that in the movie she only had a couple minutes. And half of that time she was just being dragged across the city in heels!

I'm thinking that Mo's White Chicks might be a better night in.

    Pirates, huh? Sounds like fun.

I get myself slaughtered on a regular basis by friends in Battlefield: Vietnam.

In other news, classes start Thursday, and the new basics get accepted (turn into four-degrees with privileges such as sitting down) tomorrow.

One has to wonder at the business acumen of the person who named the "Joe's Crab Shack" chain, then!

Some people just don't think things through.

Iwant2bafencer - can you post a picture of these new shawls? Ponchos are making a comebcak over here -the woollen kind, not the waterproof ones. They aren't a bad option over jeans and a t-shirt or jumper.
Pashminas were very big here a while ago and you still see a lot of them around. Few people have the genuine ones though, made as they are out of the hair of premium goats' tummies or whatever. Wool or cotton is better. Very good if you are dressed up nicely and don't want to wear a horrible old coat over your glad rags, but don't want to catch a chill either.

I guess they're more ponchoes. They're the same one's you're refering to Lourweasel, or sound it. As for a picture I'm having bad luck finding one. I'll see what I can do though.

Yes Hadouken, I'm refering to clothing.

Demothenes, my dad eats popcorn with his hot sauce allll the time and I tell you what, it stinks.

No kiddin... screw the butter, cheese and salt, I'm getting out the tabasco sauce and sloshin it on like its salad dressing. Ever had tabasco on salad? Whats your favorite hot sauce. For a cheap sauce, I like tabasco or texas pete or loissianna hot sauce. For a fine and sophisticated hotsauce, I would take datil do it hot sauce. For a thick and flavorful hotsauce (good for spicing up a weak salsa) I like lord of the wings hotsauce.
