Neither of these are issues related to the age requirement question first posted on this thread.

The USFA will provide information on all equipment and license requirements on their website probably by early August.

Oh yes they are, depending on how you interpret the question... I took it to mean something like "is there anything else necessary to fence in louisville besides being in the proper age group?" *shrug* Oh well...

I agree with Eric, otherwise you need to add stipulations like paying the entry fee, etc. The question was asking for entry restrictions not all of the specific requirements in order to be allowed to fence.
