I am sure you are joking. Besides to New York City, there is more and stonger fencing than almost anywhere else in the US.

    Max,

Southern California's a big place. Where, exactly?

Go to the USFA website and click on the "Where to Fence" link. We have a number of clubs and venues in the LosOrangeDiego area.

Perhaps one day, you and I will cross blades in Long Beach. Unless you're one of those benighted beings who fences epee or sabre [/obligatory slam at other two weapons]

Foil is okay, but swords are not supposed to bend! It's not natural. That said, prepare to die! Fwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahha-cough, cough. haha.

    No, no, no. That said--

    The USFA website is USFA

Then click the link to Info for Members, then the link to Where Can I Fence?

Or just click above 'Fencing Clubs'. The above link only breaks down the list by State.

Yeah - I live in SoCal, and I know of at least 3 or 4 places to fence (admittedly, 3 of them are different locations for the same club, but hey- fencing is fencing.)

I'm 3 hours down a bike trail from Ventura. If I told you any more, I'd have to kill ya.

You certainly don't make it easy for anyone to help you.
