Another TV Spot

Has anyone else seen the new Pearlevision TV Ad that has a fencer in it? I just did and it centered around the guy and their small frame glasses. It showed him lunging and then whipping off his mask and showing his small frame glasses. I wonder if the guy is a real fencer!

I just think these little spots are great! Maybe make someone think that they just might want to try fencing themselves!

Nope, but I DID see one on a Spanish language station that had some good slo-mo epee action...but they were wearing foil lames!

Ah well, at least they tried.

I saw the Reebok comercial where they talk about breaking conventions where you get a brief view on one fencer tackleing another one.

That would make sense (tackling one another) only if the audience (the viewers of the commercial) realize that tackling is not part of fencing. Otherwise, it's an inside joke primarily for fencers and no one else would get it.
