Michael-

There are still some in the supply pipe-line, so it can be believed. The
problem is that most of them are even whippier than your standard sport foi=
l
blade.

Uhlman has done a nice job with Italian foil blades, and these appear to be
in production, or at least in the supply chain. The folks at The Fencing
Post have always gone the extra mile to make Italian foils and epees
available to the Classical Community - I suggest encouraging this behaviour
by spending money with them!
