[CFML] [admin] Italian Foils, Wrist Straps and Martingales Folks,
There's been a recent discussion about whether the FIE/USFA considers the
martingale and wrist strap to be legal. Since all reasonable responses have
been voiced at this point (and in fact nothing has changed in the four
years since this topic *first* came up), I consider further discussion of
this subject to be off-topic.
I'm making an exception for Rez' message (appended to the end of this one)
because it contains one new bit of authoritative info. However, at this
point nothing short of divine revelation will convince me that anything of
significant general interest can be added to the discussion. Therefore, if
you'd like to continue the discussion, please do so in private email.
