It's ironic you say that, for I had completed a 12 page booklet
(under the Head
Instructor's guidance) about three terms back which outlines the
entire course of the
beginning class. As far as rules, as it says on page 4....
"....show courtesy to your instructors and to remain attentive when
they are speaking.
There are many distractions while class is ongoing (fencing matches,
etc), but you
might miss something very important if you don't listen, not to
mention it is
disrespectful. A fencer must also learn to remain concentrated amiss
distraction, so
accept this as a great opportunity to practice this....."
However, I wonder how often younger children read/pay attention to
this packet So
far, I've been given good advice by a lot of you, and I think I will
take a little bit of this
and that from all of it and handle it accordingly this coming week.
