| Mt. Dew DEW U Promotion Well, I've been collecting these caps off of Mt. Dew for a few weeks, and I have quite a few! I was just wondering if anyone else drank Dew and didn't care about the DEW U points. If you don't care about them, send them to me! If you wanna throw 'em away, don't! If you don't drink Dew, but know someone who does, ask them for the caps! Please send the codes to my email (nm_demon@hotmail.com) or catch me on MSN Messenger and send me the code under those elusive orange caps! Thanks!
PS: Don't be afraid to ask people for these, even if you don't know 'em and thanks for helping me out [WOOT!]

| The Drink has a funny color to it. I have to be frank, Mountain dew was something that I sort of passed on years ago, it was never big on the east coast. Recently I saw a can of Mountain Dew and decided to give it a whirl. It was pretty good, lime flavored soda, and there was a promotional for Yahoo something or another. Yahoo, being my favorite thing, I decided to try it, but I let it drop.
In honesty, Mountain Dew could be a better drink if they changed from light green which has always been a unpopular color in cuisine land, to something else, but I'm not sure. And also it has a good zip to it, but maybe a little on the sweet side. It needs marketing research.
[other than that it was okay, I had it with Chinese food]

The reason being that children would drink normal amounts of it (one 20 oz. drink) but a chemical in it would cause them to pee a lot, both dehydrating them and taking time away from their studies. So, I think the main reason it really went away was that, at least in Michigan.
But seriously, me needs the points

| They banned it from the schools here too. (Surge that is) Something about having far too much caffine or something along those lines.
Mellow Yellow is still around here but you rarely see it.
Mt. Dew is pretty popular. I used to drink it but I've decided that coke is a better way to eat out my stomach.

| Surge was the best! Dew is kinda a sickly neon yellow, but Surge had that powerful green that just screamed "Gamma radiation! This color is not found in nature!"
And more caffeine.
I miss Surge; it got me my degree.

Then there is the new stuff you can get from places like think geek, or Xtreme Geek. It's called Bawls. Get a case of bawls today!

I thought it was fairly flavourless; just very swett, and the colour put me in mind of de-icer which isn't very appetising. I feared what it was doing to the lining of my tummy.
Anyway I have pretty much given up fizzy drinks these days - too much sugar now I am trying to eat a bit more healthily, plus they were doing dreadful things tomy teeth. If there;'s one thing to make you swear off fizzy drinks, it's root canal treatment. The cost alone nearly made me pass out!!
