    old scoring machines

The club that I'm involved in resurrecting has a bunch of old scoring machines. They must be over 15 years old (they're big, black, have a sloping front, and have the big round lights on top.) I can't remember the brand name. Are these still good for use at USFA events? (i.e. if we wanted to have an E/unrated tournament) If not, can the timing be adjusted?

Sounds like the old Leon Paul 'bugeye' boxes-- a good deal older than 15 years (more like 25, at least). They're still just fine for USFA competition-- the shorter lockout timing is only required for FIE competitions.
