Old USFA Athlete Programs Handbooks

Can anyone point me in the direction of a (hopefully electronic) copy of the USFA Athlete Programs Handbook for pre-1996-1997 and for 1997-1998 through 1999-2000? (By implication, I'm willing to offer the ones for which I didn't just ask!)
