    Referees at Nationals

I believe that one of the hardests problems with Nationals is findig good referees. I know they are still getting referees lined up.

The Fencing Officials site has been updated and has information if you are interested. http://www.fencingofficials.org/

I wish I had the time and energy to referee this year. Hopefully a few people from here will sign up becaue of this thread. ANyone that runs events knows that one of the hardest things to do is get referees and officials lined up.

Already done! Having the USFA pay for my flight is incentive enough for me. . .

I will again be at nationals the entire week, reffing days I'm not fencing (7 days reffing, 2 days fencing this year). This means that I'll have worked as a referee at every event on the USFA national calendar for the season. Go me. :)

My thanks for all your volunteering and the hard work you put in. I do some volunteer reffing and website mangling locally, and deeply respect the (much larger) committment you've shown.
