Refereeing Changes Folder

How's this for an idea, a folder/forum where fencers can post what refs were doing at the tournaments they fenced in. Have a section for changes, old things brought back, etc. and another section for gripes and /or suggestions for refs to make their refereeing better.

That could could be a pretty good idea. Especially if Bill Oliver, or some other authority were in charge of answering questions and adding input.

Ok, now I'm really ticked off. I come up with a good idea and get posts with nothing but suggestions making it better! Even a great name!

Thanks,
John
