if that isn't the problem, there's not much you can do that will consistantly work besides buy blades with the rust coating (usually fie blades but some non-fie ones) not true. go to advance auto parts and buy a bottle of green liquid called "the right stuff" it's with the rust converters rub this on your blades i will setup a phosporic-oxide coating that will inhibit rust. you can also order it online pm me and i'll tell you who makes it. -

I'd say that prevention is better than cure... in case you don't already, try to keep your blades separate from you (sweaty) uniform by: covering the blades in some sort of piping, keeping them in a separate compartment of your bag, and making sure that you keep your kit in plastic bags. I never knew the science behind it, but trust DHCJr and try to use maraging blades which seem to be less prone to rust.
