Array moderate liberal/moderate liberal -
From Eskin's new test:
On Non-Fiscal Issues, you rank as a Moderate Liberal (34).
On Fiscal Issues, you rank as a Centrist (42).
the dot appears to be in much the same place as it was on the last test.

Array On the test epeemike posted:
"On Non-Fiscal Issues, you rank as a Moderate Conservative (69).
On Fiscal Issues, you rank as a Strong Conservative (94). "
Although there are still questions, such as the gay marriage one, where no option quite fits my views. -

Surprising results for me. -
Hi!
On the onlytheissues test, I got:
"On Non-Fiscal Issues, you rank as a Strong Liberal (19).
On Fiscal Issues, you rank as a Centrist (40)."
About what I expected. I vote for the most fiscally conservative and 2nd most non-fiscally conservative party where I live, of those that have a place in parliament. No viable party here is more fiscally conservative than that.
I agree with Inq (probably to his dismay, given my results ) that some questions had no options close to my opinions. I think that this is due either to sloppy option-formulating on their part, or a wish (conscious or uncounscious I do not know) to shape results. They may have not liked to make it possible to voice some opinions that they find particularly abhorrent.

Hi!
An afterthought: the quadrant non-fiscally conservative/fiscally centrist->liberal seems to be untaken so far. Any idea on any particular person, or voter segment, who may end up there?

I would imagine it's rather impossible to come up with a little blurb for each possible answer to a rather openended question. The answers for one individual question don't really matter, I think online political quizzes are more to give a general idea of where one falls on the political spectrum. -

Peter Gustafsson So there, that is what I get for posting at 01:30 in the wee hours. Can I red-dot myself?

Array On Non-Fiscal Issues - Strong Liberal (19).
On Fiscal Issues - Strong Liberal (9).
This is me for the latest test, similar to the first (-5, -8) but it places me more to the economic left, which I'm fine with. :-) There are no boundaries in love, there are no boundaries in Rock 'n' Roll -

Array I wonder what one would have to do to get a Communist or Fascist rating... -

Array Well, yes, but there're no ratings beyond "extreme liberal / extreme conservative"---as if those are really the poles of the political spectrum... -

Well i don't recall any questions like "should the workers mount a violent overthrow of the government and eliminate the bourgeosie" or "should the state control everything" or anything like that. Then again, i suppose communism IS extreme leftism and fascism is extreme rightism... -
