Titles, Fencing expert

I've seen a lot of titles under names, Fencing Expert is the one I see the least. WHat is it whol gets it and how?

Also would Coach be a good category?

fencing expert is handed out by craig
so you're only going to see a few of them around.

You have to actually be smart to earn the title. . . Too bad, I guess I don't have a chance!!
