Upper Body Stretches/Flexibility

I have noticed that my wirsts and shoulders do not seem to flex as much as they used to. My Primes are less primiey, and my oppositions are opposing me as much as my opponent.

This probably has something to do with being an aging desk jockey by day.

Does anyobody know of a good stetching program for the upper body. Or general stretches especially for the wrtist area, even more specifically from side to side.

Thanks for the help
Shlep.

Strength is not an issue in my case, being bulky in the upper body, I have more upper body strength than is really useful in this sport. Flexibility is my issue.

Sorry, I really don't. Jerry Benson and Cash Myers from Redlands Fencing Center would know you might look up there club on the USFA site under Oklahoma Division and they would be a lot of help to you.
