FYI, that "model" won a gold medal at last summer's nationals. And that's a fact.

    Can't See Ad

    Hi All,

Sorry for the newbie post but I can't seem to pull up the ad for the hepatitis med even though I am logged in. I am, however, able to pull up the ad for EasyNet.

    Strange...Any advice?

    Thanks!

Yeah, I know this kid at my club who is really skinny, but is still really good.

    yeah, i'm also interested.

p.s.: i'm too lazy to look through the thread but there's a little cartooney pseudo-fencing (fencing guy vs a guy in a suit with a pencil, cartoon style) in the new franz ferdinand music video 'take me out'

hey i hate to bring up a thread from the dead but i didnt want to create a new one for the same catagory- i hate it when people do that. but anyway, i just saw a commercial for The CGM Funds and their commercial was ENTIRELY fencing based. As you can see if you check out the link, their logo is also a fencer. i thought i was pretty awesome because usually commercials with fencing just show a smidge of it, not an entire commercial based upon it. it wasn't that bad either....

here is the link to their site: http://www.cgmfunds.com/

I think I've seen this commercial. Don't they have two fencers going at it with sabres but scoring touches with the point, as in foil or epee? And then ending up with one weapon being tossed, spearlike, at a target and hitting the bull's-eye? If it's the one I'm thinking of, my reaction was mixed delight (fencing!) and exasperation (that's not how it's done!).

I saw a magazine ad yesterday featuring the Smarts in the magazine "Real Simple." I can't remember what the ad was for, but they were fencing each other and were modelling an infighting pose. Perhaps it was for CGM.

During the olympics McDonalds ran ads with pictures of fencers on them. They were coupon sheets or something, but the engard was terrible. At least it was epee though
