Who will I talk to about twinkies and tv programming when I should be editing? You will be missed my dear. I will always remember you as the beautiful English lass who stole my heart with her wit and the top of her face, not to mentioned changed my vocabulary. I will cry everyday until your return. *picks at flower* She loves me. She loves me not. She loves me. The Chillies rock.

    Tweeking the Sport!!!! for FUN!

We'll miss you. Your posts have been informative and heart-felt. You could go and buy a new lap-top, or desk top, whatever, if you feel that writing on the board is important enough to spend 3,000 for it, or if you're like me and veiw it as a casual thing, you may want to stop by the library every few weeks and think of annoying things to say to your fellow fencers, you know, something heartbreaking, to throw their fencing off for a while.

I like what we did for foil over the past three years, maybe we could work on tweeking saber?

It's that week or so of sudden hot weather you always get in May to remind any students that they should be indoors, revising for their exams. Don't you remember!? Then when exams finish in early June it will start to rain...

As for the rest of you, I am deeply touched by your posts. Thecoldroom, try not to pine away during my absences, although I know it'll be a difficult time.

Masterurethane, nobody here knows me. That's the beauty, or the tragedy, of the ole interweb.

Oh yeah, except we had it the first week of June DURING the MSc exams and everyone complained it was so hot and humid in the exam room except me because it reminded me of home.

We had a high of about 75F and an expected low of about 48F. Currently 59F at 1945 hours. It's so rough

Yeah! More snow! Was a freaking winter wonderland out there today - low 30s, everything white and frosty. I did actually forget it's spring, and tomorrow's the last day of classes.

Bloody hell, it was 30 celsius for the first time in years last summer here, and it was front page news. Literally. We all thought it was extremely hot.

It's growing up in a place like, but frankly 30 celsius is getting too hot for me. It's just uncomfy. And it's not good for my delicate english rose complexion! (actually I tan very easily and end up looking swedish, but I use lots of sunscreen and go for fake tan if necessary as I don't want to be one of those leather-handbag faced women with a wrinkly neck when I'm older).
I cope with cold weather better. Spent the winter once in St Petersburg, dipping to about -20 celsius, and all the russians kept saying was i alright, and that it was worse there than in say Siberia becuase of the dampness. I would just give them a strange look and remind them I was from England. Dampness is an old friend...

I saw a woman with the worst leathery turkey-neck yesterday. I wanted to hit her with a brick and cover her in gravy. She was standing at the cross-walk, and I was just standing behind her rubbing my knife and fork together alla Bugs Bunny.

Would it really be that much of a surprise? It's not like he is a far cry from the stereotypical fencer.
