While I'm all for the death penalty, if they aren't charged and sentenced by fair trial with legal representation then its not justice to beat prisoners to death even if they're considered terrorists or hate us, its murder.

I'm hesitant even to try to form an opinion any more. I did that after the Yee incident and look what happened there. ( Treason! Espionage! Child pornography! Oh, wait! All charges dropped!
