If the weather is nice outside where you live you can take it outside (empty) and hose it down. Put some detergent/oxy clean or very small amount of bleach/water into a bucket. Swish the cleaning solution around the inside and outside of the back with a brush, then rinse it off well with the hose. Open the bag and let it sit outside in the sunshine, turn it as inside out as you can and keep it out until it is completely dry.
After that, regular sprayshots of Lysol or Febreeze would work to keep it from getting so stanky.
Keep your clothing and equipment washed too. Don't let Fungus Get Amongus!!!
