They're your standard size 5 blade. They haven't been used by me much at all, so they're like new. They come with a tip. Logo is slightly faded on one, if that matters. I will sand them them with a block and clean them up with rubbing alchol too before I ship them to you.

If they are Blade's house brand, they are probably Fleche. These blades feel pretty nice early on, but my limited experience with them years ago is that they don't hold their form. For practice blades, they may be fine.
The stamp is of a fleching fencer, and if Blade's brand is Fleche; then I'm almost certain they're by fleche. They come with pistol cut tang. If you like i can give you the length of the tang to see if its too short or long for your handle.
