| Binghamton Open - April 25, 2004 Hey there guys, wanted to advertise a tourney in upstate ny. Hoping that many of ya can make it

Times are the Opening of registration; registration will remain open for 30 minutes
9:00 - Open Mixed Foil – 1st Prize: Prieur Maraging Foil Blade with German Tip
10:00 - Open Mixed Sabre – 1st Prize: Sabre with Uhlmann Parts and SG Blade
11:00 – Open Mixed Epee – 1st Prize: Prieur Maraging Epee Blade with German Tip

Registration Fees: $15 per weapon, $10 if pre-registered at www.Askfred.net
·USFA membership required, non-members will be required to join at the tournament
·Fencers competing in more than one weapon are not allowed to sign up for the additional weapon unless they have completed the pools for their initial weapon
·Body Cords will be checked at registration
·Fencers are encouraged to pre-register at www.Askfred.net

I might have to convince Chris to come too, but we've been skipping practice for weeks.

| well no medals for 2nd place, but you get a nice wooden placard. What do you think darius about the last placard for the last tourney? But epee, is guaranteed to be at least a B1 tourney and Eric, you should never settle for 2nd.... |

| Yep, the both the foil and epee are prieur maraging blades with a german tip in a french tang (we can cut them and set them for the winner if they so desire). |

| i pre-registered at ask fref , but lopata but that she is a U didn't she get an E at the broken blade tourny? just making sure becuae i was supposed to get a D. the results were sent right?

| They were sent -- you're a D04 and Kara has an E04.

| Sabre is usually a D1 at binghamton, but there is a strong chance it will be a C1. We haven't offered prizes before so that might bring more sabre fencers out. Hope you can make it. |

| what about the foil? any cluye what it will be ranked. BTW I'm a C and I could probably get at least one B to come.

| The more the merrier. I'd be thrilled if Binghamton could put together a B-rated tournament; I'll be down there (C), and there should be some underrated foilists from Rochester coming too.
