Chelsea glanced to Josh and then moved over to Alex.

"Why don't we get you into your room?" She smiled. "Where's your key?"

"I don't remember. I gotta find it"
I leaved through my pockets, drunkedly.I couldn't find it. When one is drunk, one can find nothing more than the ground. It's a rule.
I tried to touch my nose again. I missed.

"I'll get by on my own. You two lovebirds get back to what you were doing. It's spring and there's birds and bees and things are beautiful. except me. cause I'm drunk."
I tried to stand. I got to my feet and stumbled to the floor again. Damn.

"Heh, well if you insist." Josh said. "Lets go for a walk, Chels." He grabbed Chelsea by her arm and they turned around and headed the other direction. "That was......interesting." Josh yawned. A smile soon followed the yawn. I'm finally getting sleepy.

"I think I'm gonna head back to bed." he told her. They turned the corner, down their hallway.

Chelsea nodded, very aware of his hand on her arm.

"Probably a good idea, wouldnt' want to fall asleep in class on the second day." She smiled up at him. "Thank you for walking with me."

"Anytime." he replied, his smiled just as big. The temptation to kiss her came out of nowhere, but he gave her a hug instead. "Goodnight." he said, and giving her one final smile he went back in his room.

She smiled as he went into his room. She looked to her coke and frowned, she'd save it for tomorrow. She walked back to her room, noting that Alex had made it into his room.
Once in her room, she turned off her light and folded up one of her sweaters as a pillow. She turned backward and fell onto her back on her bed, slipping the sweater under her head.

"Oh dear Chelsea, oh dear." She said aloud to the ceiling.

With a content sigh, she turned onto her side and closed her eyes.

I got my key, stumbled into my room, knocking books off my shelf, and I crashed into my bed. They seemed very nice, but I was drunk.

I really didn't want to drink tonight but I had to. If I didn't drink, I'd have to talk. I didn't like big dinners, and I hated them more when I was an honored guest. I write one goddamn story for them, and they expect me to talk to their people. I didn't know them, I didn't want to talk to them. I didn't care if they thought I was a genius. i wanted to be left alone with Jose. Our dialogue set the stage for things tonight.

I'd get to sleep. On my side. I slept. Thinking of today and the people contained within.
