Hi, guys. I'm thinking of coming back into the story--not as Loch; he's dead--but I have a few questions, if someone would help me out:
1. What was decided at the Summit?
2. Where are Mortas of Angford and Colin of Brenwyk? Did they go home, or are they still wandering around Arconia city?
3. What happened to Fortalin FitzUrse? I know that Jessira and Meera are still hanging around the Bitter End (you're doing nicely with them, Tell), but where is the brother?
4. How did Meekal become king of Muu? Did Angelo die, or something?
The von Schmects did not attend the Summit & I don't believe they know about the Russ.
Angelo disappeared, & thanks to his refusal to marry Moon, he lost his father's favor anyway. Meekal earned his favor before killing him...thus becoming the King of Muu.

My apologies for the tardiness of this response. I received your question first in class yesterday, a bad place to respond, and then it slipped my mind. So, here we go:
1. The Continental Alliance was forged. This agreement brings all the various kingdoms and territories on the northern continent together against the pending Russic invasion. It is an agreement to help defend one's neighbors (especially the coastal regions that will be hit first and hardest), and primarily stop going at each other's throats. Additionally, they will begin preparing defenses.
2. Colin and Mortas were last seen at the Summit, supporting Nękos and the Arconian contingents while representing their own respective territories. It was presumed that everyone went home following the Summit, but it could easily be arranged that they returned instead to Arconia.
3. Captain Fortalin was last seen at the Holly Dayye Inn, resolving an incident involving Lord Tellurine, the late Gregory Thatch, and three children. He subsequently returned to Arconia, and I would presume is still there someplace.
4. Angelo went missing shortly before the tournament, due to the vacancy of the writer Fencing Angel. Character's whereabouts unknown; Nękos feels betrayal there. As Moon mentioned above, Meekal earned his father's favor over Angelo. Upon his father's subsequent treachery, Nękos escorted Meekal back in a flash strike, allowing Meekal to make the final assassination, thus becoming king.
The von Schmects did not attend, and are unaware of the pending invasion.

I don't believe Angel has any intentions of coming back. Talked to him about it a couple of times, and he says he hasn't the time for it. However, I believe his character is still under his control, so any use of him should probably be asked of the writer first.
Fortalin I believe Rose or someone put him incharge of dealing with Mr Thatch and escorting Anton and crew back to Arconia.

Thatch is dead, and Arton and Crew are back in Arconia.
Fencing Angel really has no intentions of coming back. He did leave me control of Angelo; however, that's not a side I'd really like to deal with right now - it's much easier to just have him gone.

You all forgot to mention the fact that the Von Schmects did come to the Summit because I would allow them to!!! And besides, who says we cant have a ghost or two in the story???

I'm confused...they did attend, or they did not attend...?
Did not, repeat did not, attend. That is a negatory on the attendance.
The lack of their attendance was a prerequisite to Zelda's, aside from the fact that they were not wanted to begin with.
