I thought you meant Donald Benge....but you said 65...not 605 years old!

    • Epee is the Louis Vuitton bag of fencing: only the best can get it, and the rest of the masses must content themselves with cheap knockoffs (sabre, foil)
    • To not recognize the power of the French grip is to be in denial

Assuming a 7 person pool, +24 would mean Lichten and Elliot combined with four other fencers to hit you a grand total of 6 times. An average of only one touch from each fencer. Yipes!

    exactly right:
    Elliott 3
    Lichten 2
    Some guy I don't remember 1
    The other 3 got 0.

But before you think my head is swelling: Elliott got his revenge, and I went home after the second round. Good pools are good only as much as you take advantage of them. On the bright side I have a good idea of some things that I can practice to knock my game up a notch.

Are the results up anywhere? The Santa Cruz Fencing website and the PCS website don't have any results (the PCS website doesn't even have the Sierra Nevada Open results posted).

The SCBO results are still MIA though.

I know the SNO results are posted, although the PCS points standings haven't been updated to reflect those results. Need to know what I have to do at the PCCs to get a prize.

Wish I could've been there... I'm sure it beat the heck out of spending all weekend in the ER Trauma center at Washoe Med here in Reno... (not so mild car accident... bleagh...)
