Sabre Fencing in Calgary?

I'm moving to Calgary over the summer, and I wanted to know if there are any clubs in Calgary with lots of sabre. I've visited most of the websites, but they mostly say that their club does all three weapons...

There are no clubs with Calgary with lots of sabre at the moment.

My club Epic has a few and a good coach for sabre.

Yup, Sergei up in Edmonton is probably it, unless you can coax a few lessons out of Leslie at Epic. If you are looking for good beginner instructors, Randy at Gladiators and I just got off the level 2 sabre coaches coarse under Leslie. Fire me a PM and I'll see who I can hook you up with.

As SJB mentioned, there's no-one really getting serious about it though and certainly no one teaching sabre to anyone on a recreational basis. Most of the clubs are foil and after a while of foil you can get into sabre. Your profile says 1 year fencing sabre. Was that at the uni club? Got any experience with competitive fencing or are you just looking to stay in the sport?
